Welcome to the exciting £100 SENBooks Prize Draw! As part of our commitment to supporting the SENCO community, we run a monthly draw where you have the chance to win £100 worth of book vouchers. This prize draw is our way of showing appreciation to our valued supporters who help us make a positive impact in the world of special education. Not only do you get a chance to win fantastic prizes, but you also contribute to our mission of empowering SENCOs and making a difference in schools.

T&Cs for the SENBooks Prize Draw

1. Eligibility: The £100 SENBooks Prize Draw is open to all individuals who financially support SENsible SENCO through a paid subscription. To participate, you must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of SENsible SENCO are not eligible to enter the prize draw.

2. Entry: By becoming a financial supporter through a paid subscription, you will automatically be entered into the prize draw for the month in which your subscription is active. No additional action is required on your part to enter the draw.

3. Prize: Each month, one lucky winner will receive £100 worth of book vouchers to be used for purchasing educational resources related to special education. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the month.

4. Winner Selection: The prize draw winner will be selected through a random draw conducted by SENsible SENCO at the end of each month. The draw will be fair and unbiased, and the winner will be notified via the contact information provided during the subscription process.

5. Prize Notification: The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the draw. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within fourteen (14) days of the initial notification, SENsible SENCO reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. Public Announcement: The name of the prize draw winner will be announced in SENsible SENCO’s monthly newsletter and may be published on our website and social media channels. By entering the prize draw, you consent to the public announcement of your name as the winner.

7. Prize Redemption: The winner will receive the £100 worth of book vouchers via email or mail, depending on their preference and availability. The vouchers can be used to purchase books from selected bookstores or online platforms offering educational resources.

8. Prize Transfer and Substitution: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or substituted for cash or any other products or services.

9. Data Protection: By participating in the prize draw, you agree to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information by SENsible SENCO for the purposes of administering the prize draw and announcing the winner. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disqualification: SENsible SENCO reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.

11. Modification and Termination: SENsible SENCO reserves the right to modify or terminate the prize draw at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

12. Governing Law: The £100 SENBooks Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

By entering the prize draw, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and all decisions made by SENsible SENCO, which are final and binding.
