I presented at a school recently and happened to be talking about anxiety. It’s not a topic I get to talk about very often, and it’s certainly not one that I am an expert in. Except I have a lived experience of anxiety and panic attacks. As part of my presentation, I explained that I suffer badly from social anxiety but that no one in the room was likely to notice.
