Our expert patent attorney, Chris Burnett will be providing an update on the latest in patent law.
There have been some international developments in the patent world of late. For example, the UK terms of accession to the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) have been agreed, which includes intellectual property provisions.
There have also been changes to how to protect your inventions in Europe via the Unitary Patent and Unified Patent Court.
